(1) Whoever intentionally renders assistance to enable another
to intentionally commit an unlawful act shall be punished as an
aider and abettor.
(2) The punishment imposed on an aider and abettor shall be determined
with reference to that which is applicable to the perpetrator.
It shall be reduced in accordance with the provisions of §
49(l).
