This is the online home of the University of Buffalo Ultimate Frisbee team named Buffalo
Green Eggs and Ham. If you are a current student at UB and are interested in joining the team, please visit our prospective players page
for information about how to become a part of the team. If you are going to be coming to UB as a freshman this fall, look for us at orientation.

The 2008-2009 season has ended. For just the second time in the history of the team, GEH made it to
the Metro East regionals in Princetown, NJ. Coming in to regionals seeded last at 16th, we went 0-5. We made it to regionals by finishing 4th in the Upstate New York
sectionals tournament, coming in seeded at 13. Visit the UPA to see all our results for the season or

Mens practices are now set for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5:30 on the Governors fields.
The womens team will be practicing Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at same place and time.
